My interest in health and nutrition stemmed from an around the world trip following my time at university. It is fair to say that my health and most definitely my diet was neglected during my university years. It was not until I went travelling that my love for food was reignited and I began to realise how much of a profound impact this could have on my mental well-being.
It was after this that I became fascinated with the food mood connection and fundamentally how food can impact so many aspects of our health. Fuelled by passion and curiosity, I embarked on 3 years of study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, completing over 200 hours of clinical experience during this time.
